CALD e-invoicing creative campaign

CIRCA collaborated with Ipsos on a research project for a government agency to test material for a creative campaign aimed at increasing awareness and acceptance of e-invoicing among business owners.

CIRCA’s Research Approach

Ipsos contracted CIRCA to facilitate one-on-one interviews with Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic and Thai-speaking business owners, key business decision-makers and business intermediaries. Interviews were conducted face-to-face and online, via Zoom or other video conferencing software.

Research Findings and Outcomes

The information gathered from the interviews was used to inform the government agency about the knowledge and perception of e-invoicing among culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
